LTRA is a professional consulting engineering and surveying firm established in 1998 in Dallas, TX. LTRA offers a strong reputation, broad-based technical expertise, and a sincere commitment to client service. The firm provides professional services for a wide range of projects with an emphasis on:

To complement our engineering services, LTRA offers surveying, subsurface utility engineering and construction management services. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in both fields, and having engineering, survey and SUE worked closely together has enabled us to efficiently and accurately complete very complex projects with minimal delays to both design and construction.
LTRA offers employees with extensive knowledge and experience of local governmental agencies’ policies and procedures, and standards. Being a small WBE/DBE and HUB certified, yet highly-qualified firm, LTRA offers the desire and commitment necessary to make any project top priority. Commitment to Quality
LTRA is very dedicated to an internal QA/QC Program that begins with a clear understanding of what is required to complete the project in a timely and efficient manner. Once each step of the project is reviewed and checked, specific project issues of the work are determined in the beginning stages, and solutions are made as part of the plan. The scope and work plan with the final delivery product are detailed to each member of the project team with a kick-off meeting. Schedules are made clear to ensure that sufficient time is assigned to complete the work with no errors. We are committed to producing a quality project and are aware that in order to achieve this goal, quality control is absolutely required.
Commitment to Safety
The personal health and safety of all LTRA employees, the general public, the environment, and other personnel is of primary importance.
