LTRA was the prime consultant for the 1.20 miles of a new roadway from Merrifield Road to Mountain Creek Parkway. The estimated construction cost is $4 million. Five schematic alternatives were developed, a draft preliminary design report was prepared and a preliminary Design Charrette was held for the project.
