Lina T. Ramey and Associates, Inc. (LTRA) is a Texas-based engineering firm specializing in transportation, utility, CEI, and surveying services. We are committed to delivering solutions that support infrastructure improvements across the state. We are seeking Survey Field Crewmembers to join our team in Farmers Branch or San Antonio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview

We have openings for Survey Field Crewmembers. Experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates. The ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, customer-focused professionals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Follow directions and work collaboratively with the survey crew.
Manage multiple priorities and contribute to high-quality results.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Travel overnight within Texas for short periods, as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED.
Survey experience preferred. We will train motivated candidates.
Familiarity with Leica survey equipment is a plus.
Ability to follow directions and a desire to learn.
Valid Texas driver’s license.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
U.S. citizenship.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
