We are committed to delivering solutions that support infrastructure improvements across the state. We are seeking Survey Crew Chiefs to join our team in Farmers Branch or San Antonio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview

We have openings for Survey Crew Chiefs with 3 or more years of experience leading 2-man / 3-man crews on transportation projects. The ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, customer-focused professionals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to teamwork and high-quality results.

Lead 2 / 3-person survey crews on transportation projects.
Communicate effectively with team members and all levels of management.
Manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Travel overnight within Texas for short periods, as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED.
3 or more years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief leading two- or three-person crews on transportation projects.
TxDOT project experience preferred.
Familiarity with Leica survey equipment is a plus.
Valid Texas driver’s license.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
U.S. citizenship.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
